Some of the most amazing Syrah grapes from one of the highest elevated vineyards in California. After harvest, the grapes were hand sorted, de-stemmed, and foot stomped. We let the fruit macerate for an extended period before fermenting with vineyard native yeast. The wine was aged 3.5 years in one new French oak puncheon. 50 cases produced.
